PE-PP PLASTIC RECYCLING LINES

Scrap plastic materials such as PE, PP, HDPE, LDPE etc. to be recycled. These materials, which are crushed in the crushing machine, are cleaned and separated very well in the Centrifuge and Separation-Washing tanks, and then they are dewatered. This clean plastic material is dewatered by means of a button on the Agromel machine control panel. It is pneumatically transferred to the Agromel machine.

In the Agromel machine, the materials are concentrated and made ready for extrusion, and they are transported to the Extruder-Granule machine by means of a screw, untouched by human beings. This melted and degassed material is turned into granules with a cutting machine. It is then stored in the granule storage silo by means of a fan to be bagged and the Complete Recycling process is completed.
