Extruder Granule Machine
Screw options are available between Ø90 mm and Ø150 mm, with a capacity between 100 - 1000 kg/hour.
Special screw and feed designs are made according to LLDPE, LDPE, HDPE, PP, OPP, PS, EPS, XPS, ABS, PVC plastic types and situations such as hard, film and foam.
Extruder granule machine Screw - Sleeve is manufactured from DIN 8550 or DIN 4140 material, depending on the type of material to be recycled. Hard welding is applied on the screw to extend the life of the screw. In addition, screws and barrels are subjected to heat treatment to increase their hardness levels.
Thanks to the degassing zones and vacuum system on the screw, harmful gases in the material are purified and these gases are discharged in accordance with European Standards. Thanks to the speed-controlled side feeding and main screw motor, materials of different hardness and densities can be granulated with the same pressure and capacity, thus productivity and quality are increasing.
Filters of different diameters are used depending on the granule yield. The filters used are rocket system, single plate, hydraulic system and double filtering area.
Thanks to the pressure sensor warning system used in the filters, possible delays that may arise from the operator when changing the filter are prevented and the system is protected. Thanks to ceramic resistances, special insulated casing sheets and speed control, electricity savings are achieved and the start-up time of the machine is reduced to a minimum.
Thanks to the fans on the resistance housings, it is possible to keep different areas at different temperature levels. Energy saving is achieved thanks to the engine directly connected to the transmission. The electrical panel consisting of TSE and CE compliant components is prepared within our company.
