HR Human Resources Manager.
The employee shall perform the following duties during the contract period under the direct supervision of the employer.
1. Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures in accordance with Turkish Labor Law
2. Develop employee capacity and HR related issues.
3. Review salary scale and work regulations periodically.
4. Ensure that HR policy is in place for all departments.
5. Contact and coordination with the official representative side (lawyer’s office, accounting office, employers’ representatives, etc.)
6. Formulate job description for any vacant position regardless of job title, advertisement, shortlisting, and appointment upon request from the employer.
7. Act as a focal point for employer-employee relations.
8. Review contracts and agreements.
9. Ensure that all documents required by the government are submitted on time.
10. Apply for or renew work permits.
11-Prepare payrolls on a monthly basis
. 12. Keep hard copies of all documents.
13. Perform other duties as assigned by the employer.
