General specifications:

Double stabilizer system: The mechanical lever shaft is connected with a double stabilizer, which greatly reduces the coefficient of friction during up or down movement.

Coating lubrication system: The oil filled in the oil tank is absorbed by sponge seals, and lubricates the shaft in every movement of the lever. This system eliminates the problems of excess oil leakage or lack of lubrication compared to other systems.

Forced locking system - Safety system: The crane operates with a main bolt that holds the load and an additional safety bolt under the main bolt. There is also a locking system that works with these two screws. It is one of the rare products that uses a locking and safety nut system. The system moves on the main pin, and if the main pin wears out, the load is transferred to the safety pin and the locking system takes action. This situation is difficult for the operator to understand, but the load is now on the safety pin. After completing the repair, the load is lowered, and upon a new load the system is locked mechanically and does not allow movement of more than 10 cm until the main screw is replaced and the locking system is reset.
The elevator remains in service position mechanically without replacing the main nut and placing the forced locking system in its slot. With this system, elevator falls other than incorrect loading are definitely prevented.
This safety system is one of the main reasons why there have been no examples of elevator falls in Enkay products for over 30 years.

Ergonomic Arm Design: The structure of your lift arm is a design with a lower minimum height, called Z. Low vehicles can be lifted more conveniently and practically. Allows you to easily lift any vehicle with a height of at least 10 cm from the ground.

Business Partners: We attach importance to local capital and select TSE and CE certified companies that have proven themselves in their fields as our business partners. If local capabilities are not available, we prefer companies that invest in Türkiye. Some of our partners are Schneider, Abb, Emas, Wago, Trio, Tense, Çetinkaya, Gwest, Mete Enerji, and others.

Maintenance Services: We have agents in major cities in Turkey, and all customers can contact our support center for assistance. If the problem is not resolved, they can obtain maintenance service from the nearest dealer or from the after-sales service unit at the factory.

Warranty: A two-year warranty is provided against manufacturing and installation defects, and the warranty period can be optionally extended.

Maintenance and Service: We recommend that you perform crane maintenance every 6 months. Customers who perform regular maintenance receive an additional year of warranty after two years. Annual technical inspection is mandatory as directed by the Ministry of Labor.
