Tasks and Responsibilities:
Flight Ticket Booking:
- Searching for the best prices and deals on flight tickets.
- Booking flight tickets according to customer requirements.
- Following up on and confirming flight ticket reservations.
Travel Package Integration:
- Designing and building travel packages that suit each client's needs and budget.
- Integrating various services such as hotel reservations, car rentals, and tourist activities into one package.
- Offering competitive deals to our clients.
Customer Communication:
- Providing excellent customer service through phone and email.
- Answering customer inquiries and offering advice.
- Resolving any issues or complaints customers may face.
Required Skills:
- At least 3 years of experience in the travel and tourism field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong computer skills and proficiency in travel booking software.
- Good knowledge of various tourist destinations.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Languages:
- Proficiency in Turkish, and English is an additional advantage.
