Job Description:

Follow up on incoming customers through communication channels.

Play an active role in the customer attraction stage.

Defining the hair transplant service we provide to clients and following up on the marketing process.

Providing information to patients before and after the transplantation process.

General qualifications:

Complete knowledge of the Arabic language in writing and reading.

Thorough knowledge of all Arabic dialects.

Attention to customers and adaptation to teamwork.

Ability to persuade and communicate skills.

Ability to plan, organize and prepare reports.
