:Responsibilities

Responding to customer inquiries in Russian via phone and email
Providing comprehensive information about properties and services offered
Accurately recording customer data in accordance with specified policies and procedures
Troubleshooting and providing basic technical support
:Requirements

Proficiency in the Russian language (reading, writing, and conversation)
Proficiency in additional languages is preferred (English, Arabic)
Effective communication skills and eloquence
Ability to interact with customers with a positive attitude and efficiently solve problems
Basic knowledge of the real estate industry is essential
