We are looking for a "Real Estate Sales Consultant" with high experience in sales/rental field, and a strong motivation to work.

Responsibilities:

- Conducting interviews with clients abroad for sales/rental purposes, and making phone calls to strengthen customer relations.

- Managing the real estate sales/rental process from start to finish.

- Building a real estate database.

- Proposing suitable real estate projects based on customer needs.

- Making promotional presentations for real estate projects and interviewing potential customers.

- Managing the entire sales process from start to finish.

- Organizing and tracking the necessary documents related to the sales process.

- Following up on developments in the real estate sector.

- Continuously updating customer information.

- Conducting market research to capture new customer opportunities.

- Knowledge of legislation related to real estate sales/rental and title deeds.

Qualifications:

- Experience in real estate sales/rental.

- Good knowledge of real estate legal legislation.

- Ability to work with sales orientation and have high persuasion skills.

- Preferably residing in Kağıthane/İstanbul or nearby areas.

- Ability to drive actively.
