Operation Specialist:

You will Serve as a primary point of contact for communication on behalf of the companies for the post-sales process to start the execution of the course.

Facilitate information exchange regarding upcoming courses, client requirements, and participant details.

 

1.       Collaboration and Communication:

·         Collaborate with instructors to select who the trainer will conduct this course.

·         Head hunting for new potential trainers.

·         Create a schedule for the upcoming courses.

·         Arrange training venues and required equipment.

·         Manage shuttle booking and reservation

·         Arrange logistics such as venue booking, and catering.

·         Pre-course make sure to have the client’s required information (if needed) that will help to proceed with the process.

2.       Trainers’ data:

·         Being updated with a database of the trainers and hotels

·         Searching for a New Trainer's CV to be added to the trainer's profile

·         Searching for New markets, and resourcing data.

 

3.        Course Execution and Logistics:

·         Collaborate with the coordinators to execute training programs with high efficiency

·         Develop and maintain a comprehensive trainers database.

 

4.       Participant Coordination

·         Work closely with city coordinators to obtain participant details and specific requirements.

·         Coordinate participant communication, including pre-course information, schedules, and follow-ups.

·         Ensuring the satisfaction of both the company and the third party (client).

 

5.       Reporting and Analysis: 

·         Provide regular reports to the Central operation manager on course execution, participant feedback, and challenges encountered. 

·         Analyze data to identify areas for improvement in operational processes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree: Most positions require a bachelor's degree in business administration, operations management, finance, or a related field.

  • Relevant Work Experience of at least 2 years.

  • Proficiency in Arabic and English.

Qualifications:

  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with various stakeholders.

  • Problem-Solving: Ability to quickly identify problems and develop effective solutions.

Preferably has Turkish Citizenship
