Jumbo machine

The machine is made of food grade chrome 304 and food grade aluminum 7075.

The machine operates fully automatically.

The machine is equipped with a PLC computer and a touch screen to control the speed of the machine and to change the shape and size of the product and to display the production quantities and requirements.

The machine is equipped with 12 casting heads.

The machine's production speed according to the shape and size of the piece is from (50 to 100 kg/hour).

All shapes can be produced according to the mold installed on the machine.

The machine operates with a single color system or two colors together and is equipped with a mechanism for rotating the heads and casting the piece in a circular shape or part of the circle as required.

The machine does not need an air compressor as is the case in similar machines.

Dough motors drive AC operate with inverter.

The machine program is easy and is provided in Arabic (another language can be added if required) through which you can move between automatic and manual work, tests, adjust sizes and speeds, and the main work screen.
