Key Responsibilities:
Employee Onboarding:
Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth transition.
Conduct orientation sessions to introduce new hires to company policies and compliance requirements.
Employee Records Management:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, ensuring compliance with data protection laws.
Manage personnel files and documentation.
Leave Management:
Administer and track employee leave requests.
Ensure compliance with company leave policies and regulations.
Employee Relations:
Address employee inquiries, concerns, and issues in a timely and effective manner.
Mediate and resolve conflicts to maintain a positive work environment.
Performance Management:
Assist in the implementation of performance management processes.
Support managers in conducting performance reviews and goal-setting.
Recruitment Support:
Collaborate with the HR Manager in recruitment activities, including posting job openings and screening resumes.
Coordinate interview schedules and communicate with candidates.
Benefits Administration:
Support in the administration of employee benefits programs.
Assist employees with benefit-related inquiries.
Training Coordination:
Coordinate training sessions for employees, including compliance training and professional development.
Track employee training records.
Employee Communications:
Assist in communicating HR policies, updates, and announcements to employees.
Contribute to internal HR communication strategies.
HR Documentation:
Prepare HR documentation such as employment contracts, offer letters, and other correspondence.
Ensure compliance with legal and company documentation standards.
Exit Process:
Coordinate the exit process for departing employees.
Conduct exit interviews and analyze feedback for continuous improvement.
Employee Recognition Programs:
Assist in the development and implementation of employee recognition initiatives.
Coordinate events to celebrate employee achievements.
Employee Well-being:
Promote well-being initiatives, including wellness programs and mental health support.
Address well-being concerns with relevant stakeholders.
HR System Maintenance:
Ensure the accuracy and integrity of HR data in the HR information system.
Generate reports and analytics as required.
Compliance Training Attendance Tracking:
Track attendance and completion of employee compliance training programs.
Generate reports on compliance training participation.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in a related field.
At least 2 years of proven experience in HR.
Fluency in Arabic and English.
Preferably has Turkish citizenship.
Live in or close to Beylikduzu.
Qualifications:
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
Attention to detail and precision in handling compliance and employee records.
