Born in 1988 in Gaziosmanpaşa district of Istanbul, Uğur Kelleci is originally from Tokat. Uğur Kelleci started his education at Fatih Ticaret ve Meslek Lisesi and continued his university education at Pamukkale Honaz Yüksekokulu.

He is currently continuing his studies at the Department of Tourism and Hospitality Management of Anadolu University (AÖF).

Uğur Kelleci started his career as a sales manager in the family company Kellecioğlu, which was established in 1988 and operates in the furniture and electrical appliances sector.

In 2010, he founded his own company Uğur Gayrimenkul and started to carry out construction and contracting works, and achieved remarkable successes in the banking and finance sectors at the regional level. He also plays an important role in urban planning and housing projects.
