Through it, all the processes necessary for the production of French potato fingers are carried out, starting with the stages of cleaning, peeling, slicing and frying, and then the stages of stunting to freeze the product, passing through the stage of drying and getting rid of the oil stuck on the fingers to obtain a high-quality product, all the way to packing and packing in bags.
The production line is designed to operate automatically in all stages without the intervention of manpower. The production capacity of this line is 5 tons per hour.
One of the most important features of this production line is the potato slicing stage, as we have designed the slicing machine according to one of the European standards.
In addition to the frying stage, the fryer was equipped with an automatic system unique to our company to filter the oil and replace the lost oil.
