We are hiring a customer service representative to manage customer queries and complaints. The job of a customer service agent is to offer support to customers who have questions, concerns, problems, or who want to purchase the service. Customer service agents work with clients through different communication channels and must be available on the phone, by email and through online chat program. Customer service representative may be the first contact a customer has with a company, so it's important to make the experience as positive as possible.
To do well in this role you need to be able to maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:
· Communicate with current and potential clients via telephone, email or online chat.
· Listen attentively to questions and concerns and respond promptly with a resolution according to company guidelines.
· Processing inquiries, forms, and requests.
· Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
· Keeping records of customer interactions, comments, and complaints.
· Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
· Provide and respond to feedback about any aspect of the job or its duties.
· Suggest products and services to clients based on their requests and needs.
· Passing customer request to relevant departments to improve the organization’s offerings
· Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
· Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
