Founded in 1996 and headquartered in Istanbul, Turkey, Akaygam designs and produces chocolate, biscuit and cake machines for many companies with 20 expert employees and CAD-enabled manufacturing in a closed space of 1,200 square meters.

As the Akaygam family, we develop and produce chocolate machines, preparation and shaping machines used in the manufacture of biscuits and cakes. We use high quality materials and current technologies in our products. We produce machines that are resistant to extreme conditions.

First, we design our products using powerful prototyping software and we study the difficulties of manufacturing production parts, part intersections, and difficulties we may encounter during assembly. After the examination, we make the necessary corrections and transfer them to Excel format with symbols and other features for all parts of the device.

Thanks to the script we developed in Excel, we automatically divide all parts into certain groups and sort them according to certain criteria, thus facilitating purchasing and manufacturing processes.
