Requirements:

- At least one year of experience in real estate in Istanbul.

- A valid residence permit in Türkiye.

Functional tasks:

- Providing real estate consultations to clients and helping them choose suitable properties.

- Follow the real estate market and analyze prices and trends.

- Organizing and conducting real estate tours for clients.

- Negotiating with sellers and buyers and completing deals.

required skills:

- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships with clients.

- Good knowledge of the real estate market in Istanbul and surrounding areas.

- Ability to work under pressure and achieve set goals.
