Maximum Property Company, located in the Bakirkoy area of Istanbul, is seeking to hire a Real Estate Consultant.

Requirements:

- At least one year experience in real estate in Istanbul.

- Valid residency permit in Turkey.

Job Responsibilities:

- Providing real estate consultations to clients and assisting them in selecting suitable properties.

- Monitoring the real estate market and analyzing prices and trends.

- Organizing and conducting property tours for clients.

- Negotiating with sellers and buyers and closing deals.

Required Skills:

- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships with clients.

- Good knowledge of the real estate market in Istanbul and surrounding areas.

- Ability to work under pressure and achieve set goals.
