200-liter fat melting machine

Model: FMT200 is made entirely of stainless steel with AISI304 quality. It features a rectangular tank insulated with glass wool. Equipped with a PID-controlled heating element with a water jacket. It can accommodate four solid blocks. It melts a solid fat block in 1 hour and 30 minutes when the solvent is loaded empty. The melting duration depends on the set melting temperature. A lower platform is required. Material loading capacity is 200 liters. Total power consumption is 220V 1.5 kW
