BlackBird Training Center is a multinational World-class Training center that provides ongoing high-quality training services and consulting to both public and private sectors.
Main Duties:
1. Collaboration and Communication:
• Serve as a primary point of contact for communication for the Sales team for
pre and post-sales process to start the execution of the course.
• Facilitate information exchange regarding upcoming courses, client
requirements, and participant details.
• Ensure effective collaboration between sales initiatives and operational
course execution.
2. Course Execution and Logistics:
• Collaborate with the coordination supervisor to execute training programs
in high efficiency
• Coordinate logistical aspects such as venue arrangements, including
reserving and booking venues, and ensuring all necessary arrangements are
made including shuttles and transportation to ensure the high efficiency of
execution
• Manage the preparation and distribution of training kits, ensuring all
materials are available and organized for each session.
• Oversee the processing and follow-up of Trainers CVs, ensuring alignment
with Course offerings
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive trainers database
3. Reporting and Analysis:
• Provide regular reports to the Coordination Supervisor on course
execution, participant feedback, and challenges encountered.
• Analyze data to identify areas for improvement in operational processes.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in a related field
Proficiency in Arabic, English, and Turkish
