BKT-1400 Cylinder and Disc Lathe

BKT-1400 is the code for a lathe machine designed for smoothing the worn surfaces of brake discs and cylinders in cars and heavy vehicles with precision, as it cleans (lathes) both surfaces simultaneously. This lathe machine is intended for a range of vehicles, including heavy vehicles, trucks, and trailers, and it lathes the (dual) tires without separating them from the cylinder using cylindrical and conical tools in the BKT-1400 model. It is characterized by ease and speed of use. The spindle rotation speed in the lathe machine consists of two speeds. The first speed is 45 RPM, which we consider ideal for heavy vehicles. The second speed is 90 RPM, which is ideal for cars and light commercial vehicles. The lathe machine is equipped with two side spindles, with diameters suitable for tools and cylinders, which are 25 mm and 46 mm. Each spindle size has a set of tools. Using the lathe machine, we can achieve efficient work easily and with minimal effort with the help of the operator. The lathe machine operates with four automatic axes: forward/backward/right/left, and the feed rate between these axes can be adjusted in the lathe machine.
