Beverage host in the clinic

We are looking for an experienced Beverage Host to join our dental clinic team. Duties will include preparing and serving coffee and non-alcoholic beverages, with the ability to operate an espresso machine. You will contribute to a comfortable patient experience and ensure the beverage area is clean and organized.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a variety of non-alcoholic beverages, including coffee, tea, juices and soft drinks, to patients and visitors.

• Maintain the beverage area (bar) clean, organized and fully equiped.

• Assist in the set-up and closing of the beverage area.

• Ensure that all beverage equipment is clean and in good working order.

• Provide a warm and welcoming atmosphere to patients, enhancing their overall experience in the clinic.

• Replenish supplies as needed, including cups, napkins and beverage ingredients.

• Deal with patient and visitor inquiries about available beverages.

• Follow all health, safety and hygiene regulations to ensure a safe environment for all.

• Report any equipment issues or shortages to the clinic manager.

Requirements:

1. Proficient in English and Turkish.

2. Previous experience in a similar role or in a hospitality environment with experience operating an espresso machine is preferred.

3. Excellent customer service and communication skills.

4. Ability to work efficiently in a hygienic environment.

5. Friendly and easygoing demeanor.

6. Flexibility to work during clinic hours.
