Social Media Platform Manager needed for an e-commerce company in Istanbul

We at MKA General Trading Company based in Istanbul, Turkey are looking for a Social Media Officer to manage our accounts and increase awareness of our brand in addition to writing content.

If you have experience in managing social media platforms and know how to create inspiring content, we would like to meet you!

Responsibilities:

- Develop and manage social media strategies to increase brand awareness and attract customers.

- Create, write and schedule content published across various social media platforms.

- Monitor and analyze the performance of social accounts and provide periodic reports.

- Interact with followers and customers and respond to their comments and inquiries.

- Follow up on new trends in social media and suggest innovative ideas.

Requirements:

- At least 3 years of experience in managing social media.

- Advanced knowledge of various social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X).

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Creativity and ability to produce engaging and inspiring content.

- Knowledge of social analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Hootsuite.

- Proficiency in publishing on platforms in Arabic and English.

- Work in person and within a team at the company's headquarters.
