We are seeking a qualified Sales Manager with a strong background in sales and marketing strategie
Responsibilities:
· Extensive knowledge of the furniture industry and market demands.
· Strong relationships in international markets.
· Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership abilities.
· Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies.
· Represent the company at trade fairs, exhibitions and similar events.
· Ability to open new markets for the company and achieve sales targets.
· Set up the business team training system, provided business guidance for team members, and improved the overall sales ability.
· Identify and evaluate new customers and new channels to reach the targeted position in the markets
Plan annual, semi-annual, monthly sales and turnover targets, to ensure that targets are achieved.
Create annual sales plans and targets in accordance with country strategies and to ensure that they are achieved
Make regular market and customer visits
Ensuring that customers and distributors agree with Orwood strategies and targets and perform accordingly, making a "Joint Working Plan" with the distributor and ensuring its implementation
· Ensure that the needs of the customers are met correctly and on time by ensuring coordination with the marketing, production, logistics and legal departments.
· Manage distributors in parallel with company strategies by establishing efficient and sustainable commercial relations.
Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree
Must have at least 5 years of experience in the export business, experience in the furniture industry is an advantage
Experience in wholesale sales
Experience of export processes in the Middle East & GCC region
· Advanced knowledge of English
· Knowledge of Turkish
· Willing to travel frequently
