Fully Automatic Dual-Head Carton Filling Machine

The products come from the packing line to the fully automated packing robot, where they are assembled in the required quantity.

The products are placed into the boxes coming from the fully automatic carton setting machine using a vacuum suction or grip (grasp and squeeze) system, where the products are held and placed inside the boxes.

Optional equipment:

- Carton separator placement system (internal separator)

- Changeable product holders for packing different types and sizes of products in one machine

Auxiliary equipment:

- Fully automated bottom box opening, preparation and packaging machine

- Fully automatic box top lid closing and wrapping machine

- Conveyor belts and free exit belts
