Job Title: Executive Assistant / Sales
Job Description:
Execute Real Estate Investment Tasks:
Perform tasks related to real estate investment according to established procedures.
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
Analyze market trends and provide insights for investment decisions.
Client Communications and Sales Execution:
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing communications to facilitate sales.
Coordinate and follow up on sales leads, inquiries, and transactions.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
Organize and Maintain Files and Social Media:
Organize and maintain electronic and physical files, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
Manage Google Drive and other cloud storage solutions for efficient file sharing and collaboration.
Oversee the company’s social media accounts, ensuring regular updates and engagement with followers.
Create Memos, Reports, and Agendas:
Draft and distribute memos, reports, and agendas as required.
Ensure all documents are professionally written, formatted, and distributed in a timely manner.
Assist in the preparation of presentations and other materials for meetings.
Travel Arrangements:
Arrange travel for clients, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation.
Prepare detailed itineraries and ensure all travel arrangements meet client preferences and needs.
Handle any changes or issues that may arise during travel.
Qualifications:
Time Management and Organizational Skills:
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
Communication Abilities:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to effectively communicate with clients and business partners.
Proficiency in creating clear and concise reports and documents.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency with computers, including MS Office Suite and Google Workspace.
Knowledge of social media platforms and best practices for engagement and content management.
Sales Experience:
Proven sales experience in real estate healthcare tourism, or another business sector.
Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close deals effectively.
Experience in customer relationship management (CRM) systems is a plus.

Exceptional customer service skills with a client-focused approach.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
Positive and energetic demeanor, with the ability to learn quickly and embrace challenges.

Education:
Minimum of a 2-year college degree or equivalent in any major.
Additional certifications or training in real estate, sales, or related fields are a plus.
