Position: Portfolio Creation - Real Estate

Location: Kağıthane / İstanbul

- Making phone calls to search for new real estate opportunities and acquire clients.

- Conducting regular meetings with clients to expand the portfolio area.

- In the absence of sales, working regularly from the office to create a portfolio and strengthen relationships with clients through phone calls.

- Conducting market research for suitable properties.

- Making phone calls to clients interested in properties available for rent or sale.

- Arranging appointments between property owners and tenant or buyer clients.

- Presenting properties available for sale or rent to clients.

- Communicating with current and potential clients to ensure their satisfaction.

- Recording and updating client data regularly.

- Continuously updating the company's real estate portfolio.

Qualifications:

- Experience in the real estate sector, preferably in the field of creating real estate portfolios.

- Possesses strong communication skills and is tactful in speaking.

- Able to find quick and effective solutions to clients' problems, and is able to manage stress.

- Ability to work with focused sales and high persuasion skills.

- Able to drive actively.

- Has no access problems.

- We prefer him to be a resident of Kağıthane or nearby areas.
