Compliance Specialist:
Course Compliance Reviews:
Conduct regular reviews of vocational training courses to ensure compliance with accreditation standards, industry regulations, and company policies.
Collaborate with subject matter experts to assess the relevance and accuracy of course content.
Accreditation Compliance:
Ensure that vocational training courses adhere to accreditation requirements set by relevant bodies.
Manage the documentation and submission of materials required for accreditation.
Quality Assurance:
Implement and monitor quality assurance measures for vocational training programs.
Develop and maintain processes for continuous improvement in course content and delivery.
Documentation of Training Materials:
Maintain a comprehensive database of all training materials, ensuring accuracy and relevance.
Collaborate with trainers to update and revise materials as needed.
Feedback Collection and Analysis:
Establish mechanisms for collecting feedback from participants on training courses.
Analyse feedback to gauge the success of courses and make recommendations for improvements.
Compliance Training Programs:
Develop and deliver compliance training programs specific to the vocational training industry.
Ensure that trainers and staff are knowledgeable about compliance requirements.
Documentation for Audits:
Prepare documentation related to course content, delivery, and compliance for internal and external audits.
Collaborate with auditors to provide comprehensive information.
Alignment with Industry Standards:
Stay informed about changes in vocational training industry standards.
Ensure that training programs align with the latest industry best practices.
Continuous Improvement Initiatives:
Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in vocational training programs.
Collaborate with the HR Director and training department to implement enhancements.
10. Collaboration with the Training Department:
Work closely with the Training Department to understand training objectives and content requirements.
Provide support in aligning training materials with compliance standards.
Reporting:
· Generating regular reports on quality assurance activities and outcomes for management review.
· Provide regular reports to the Central operation manager on course execution, participant feedback, and challenges encountered.
· Analyse data to identify areas for improvement in operational processes, trends, strengths, and areas for improvement.
. Develop and generate reports on the effectiveness of vocational training courses.
Requirements:
· Bachelor's degree in a related field
· Proven experience of at least 2 years
· Proficiency in Arabic and English
Qualification:
Communication Skills: Clearly communicating compliance requirements and policies to staff and management.
Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to develop solutions to compliance issues and prevent future problems.
Preferably has Turkish Citizenship
