Product Description:

The closing process consists of a cover hopper, cover conveyor, cover organizer, cover channel, and closing system.

The machine is made of AISI 304 stainless steel. It operates in synchronization with the filling process. No deformation occurs in the bottle or the cover during the closing process.

The filling process automatically stops in the absence of a cover. A sterile environment is provided inside the machine using an HEPA H14 filter with a protective filter, preventing product contamination by environmental air before closing.

An ionization system and dust control system can be added as additional options
