Automatic packaging machine 220 units/minute

Yitar Machine is an automatic packaging machine with a capacity of 220 units per minute, designed for packaging cartridges produced automatically. It can be manufactured to fit different calibers such as 5.56 mm × 45 / 7.62 mm × 51 / 7.62 mm × 39 according to the customer's request.

Technical Specifications:
Unfolded boxes are fed into the box-making section by the operator, and the packaging section automatically makes the boxes and feeds them to the transport conveyor. After the empty boxes are made, they are precisely inspected by the camera. Inputs from a hopper with a capacity of 50,000 units are fed into the machine with the help of a conveyor. The inputs are lowered into the packing unit in an orderly manner via two different conveyors according to the position of the feeding wheel. After the packing process is completed, the box is closed and inspected by the camera to ensure its integrity, then the weight is checked, and suitable products are directed to the machine's exit, while defective products are separated into the rejection section.
