Double nozzle filling machine; It is an easy-to-use automatic filling machine for liquid products. It operates with a servo motor system and a volumetric system. Thanks to the touch screen, you can easily adjust the filling machine settings. It has a 7-inch PLC screen that supports English and Turkish languages. We also design our packaging machine in different sizes and shapes so you can easily adjust it using mechanical and electronic systems according to your packaging. After the filling process is complete, you can easily clean the body and parts of the filling machine.

The packages of the products you wish to fill are manually fed by employees working on the packaging machine conveyor. Product packages moving on the conveyor are read by the packaging machine sensors and are stopped in the packaging area. The machine begins the filling process by pulling the product from the tank through two filling nozzles. It adjusts the filling weight you entered on the screen and automatically stops filling when finished.

After the filling process is completed, the filled products advance on the conveyor and the empty product containers coming from behind stop under the filling nozzles thanks to the sensors, and the same process is repeated. The filling machine has an automatic level control system. When the tank is full, the product inlet valve closes and sends a signal to the pump that feeds the product to the machine to stop or restart it. This way, the filling machine can run for hours without having to keep track of the product inside the tank.

When used as a filling line, you can add a cap sealing machine directly behind the filling machine to seal the caps of packaged products, then add an automatic labeling machine, and you can operate the filling machines individually or as a whole.
