Accountant needed

We are looking for a professional and organized accountant to join our team. Your main responsibility will be to manage accounts and finance using the QuickBooks platform to ensure accuracy of financial statements and efficiency of accounting processes.

Roles and responsibilities:

Daily accounts management:

Record daily financial transactions using QuickBook.

Preparing accounting entries and ensuring their accuracy.

preparing financial reports:

Preparing monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports.

Provide customized financial reports when needed.

Management of accounts payable and receivable:

Monitoring accounts receivable and following up on invoice collection.

Reconcile accounts payable and prepare payments.

Auditing and review:

Review and audit financial transactions to ensure compliance with financial policies.

Assist in preparing and submitting the necessary tax and financial reports.

Financial data analysis:

Analyze financial data and provide recommendations to improve financial performance.

Preparing financial forecasts and budgets.

QuickBooks System Administration:

Keep the QuickBooks system up to date and ensure data integrity.

Provide support and training to other team members when needed.

Additional tasks:

Collaborate with the management team to develop financial policies and procedures.

Perform any other accounting-related tasks requested of you.

Requirements:

Academic Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field.

Work Experience: At least 2-3 years of experience in accounting, with proven experience using QuickBooks.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in the QuickBooks platform, as well as excellent Microsoft Excel skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong analytical and organizational skills.

Accuracy and attention to detail.

Strong communication skills.

Advanced level in English and Turkish.
