A quality department manager is needed for a company operating in the field of fabrics

Responsibilities:

• Supervising quality processes and ensuring their compliance with international standards in fabric design and embroidery.

• Developing and updating quality policies and procedures to ensure the highest levels of quality are achieved.

• Monitoring production processes to identify and analyze any weaknesses and provide appropriate solutions.

• Working on improving production processes to achieve higher efficiency and reduce waste rates.

• Submitting periodic reports on quality performance and supervising their implementation in various departments.

Required qualifications:

• Previous experience of not less than 3 years in the field of quality, preferably in the fabrics or design sector.

• Excellent communication skills and organizational skills.

Excellent proficiency in Turkish
