We announce a special employment opportunity to fill the position of “Administrative and Legal Affairs Officer” at our company’s main headquarters in [Istanbul/Turkey]. We are looking for experienced and competent candidates to join our team and contribute to achieving the company's goals.

Responsibilities:

Providing administrative support to all company departments.

Providing legal advice to senior management and the work team.

Review and prepare legal contracts and agreements.

Representing the company in minor legal issues.

Conduct legal research and provide recommendations.

Manage legal risks and ensure the company's compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Contributing to the development and implementation of the company’s administrative and legal policies and procedures.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in law or law.

At least 3 years of practical experience in the field of administration and law.

Extensive knowledge of relevant laws and regulations.

Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to work independently and part of a team.

Proficiency in Arabic and English.

· Full proficiency in working on OFIS office programs such as (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).

· Preference for holders of Turkish citizenship or Syrian citizenship.
