As a technology of our machine, we explain the functions and workflow related to paper products: opening → cutting → conveying → assembly → packaging.
1. Adopts PLC touch screen and servo motor to control cutting with fixed length.

2. Adopts photoelectric, pneumatic, electric, and gas sensors to control the conveying system, providing easy to use, high precision, good stability, and low noise functions.

3. This machine has frequency converter timing device, automatic counting, power off with alarm, magnetic dust tension control, it can cut vertically, and use blower to dispose of waste.

4. This machine can be with 1 roll, 2 roll, 4 roll loading system.

5. With packaging machine.

The copy paper production line contains two units of machines. It can cut a roll of copy paper into A4 size sheets and roll the sheets into groups. The automatic production line is a medium speed machine with three different options. You can choose single-roll, two-roll, or four-roll feed cutting machine units with different production capacity. The automatic winding machine is separate in the production line and can be linked with different cutting machine units.
