Senior medical consultant
ClinMedica is looking for a candidate who can reach potential and current clients directly by phone to encourage them to purchase our company's treatments and offerings.
The candidate must have excellent communication and telephone skills, patience, a persuasive nature and perseverance.

qualifications

– Experience in a similar role in healthcare (preferable).
- Strong knowledge of customer relationship management (ZOHO).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to multi-task and handle competing requirements under tight deadlines.
- Strong initiative and self-motivation, with a commitment to teamwork.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Main duties and responsibilities:

- Communicating with patients to understand their requirements and needs.
- Convert patient inquiries into sales opportunities.
- Address any questions or problems patients may have.
- Entering and updating patient information in the database.
