Qualifications:
- At least 3 years of experience as a restaurant manager.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and advanced reporting skills.
- Experience in budgeting and cost management.
- Leadership skills and the ability to guide and manage the team.
- Focus on guest satisfaction and the importance of teamwork.
- Success in time management and handling pressure.
- For male candidates, no military service obligations.
- Fluency in Turkish.
- Valid identification documents, preferably Turkish citizenship.
Job Description:
- Responsible for preparing and maintaining the budget, expected food and beverage sales costs, other expenses, and wage and social benefits costs.
- At least 3 years of experience in managing cafes/restaurants.
- Ensuring strict adherence to health and safety regulations.
- Providing high-quality service according to service standards.
- Maintaining stock levels and ordering new materials when needed.
- Coordinating with suppliers and customers.
- Ensuring the daily operation of the restaurant, monitoring the budget, and revenue/expense flow.
- Maximizing sales, achieving profits, and financial expectations.
- Ensuring guest requests are met with quality and in a timely manner.
- Undertaking activities to increase guest satisfaction.
- Ensuring necessary preparations before service; checking the implementation of tasks listed in daily, weekly checklists, and opening and closing lists, and managing these processes.
- Ensuring the continuity of the general order and service quality in the restaurant.
- Organizing the work plans of the staff under his/her supervision and monitoring their performance.
