Automatic feeding is available as an additional option for the screw packing machine.

In the feeder of the screw packing machine, the screw is manually placed into the containers on the rotary table. The screw falls from the container and sticks to the tube, then the products reach the jaw assembly. The jaws of the adhered product close at the bottom, closing the mouth and forming the package into a pillow shape.

In the machine with auto feeding option, the screw falling into the vibrating unit is arranged one by one with the help of vibration and then transported to the charger unit. The screw arranged in the charger unit is automatically fed to the containers on the rotary table in the required number. The screws fall from the container and stick to the tube, then the products reach the jaw assembly. The jaws of the adhered product close at the bottom, closing the mouth and forming the package into a pillow shape.
