Single head robot carton packing line; Empty cartons are prepared automatically using a fully automatic carton preparation machine and transferred to the carton packing robot without manual intervention. Products coming from the production line are automatically assembled in suitable formation for distribution into cartons. The products are transferred to the cartridge robot, where they are packed into cartons using suction systems, grips or magnetic grips designed specifically for your products. These operations are done without causing any harm to your products. Two or more rows of products can be placed inside the carton and a paper separator placed between them as an additional option. After the products are packed into cartons, the top covers are closed and secured with adhesive tape using a fully automatic carton sealing and sealing machine, completing the production process.
