Job Announcement: Sales Manager

A leading company in the field of fast-moving consumer goods announces its need to fill the position of a qualified and experienced Sales Manager. We are looking for a dedicated and creative candidate to join our growing team that seeks to achieve new successes and enhance our global presence.

General purpose of the job:

The holder of this position will be responsible for preparing and developing marketing policies and plans and increasing the company's market share in the target markets.

He is also responsible for identifying the needs and desires of customers and identifying target markets.

Planning responsibilities:

· Developing sales plans and policies in cooperation with senior management.

· Setting sales goals and objectives and developing strategies that achieve the group's goals.

· Developing sales plans in line with the company's sales goals.

Specialized responsibilities:

Ø Implementing strategic sales plans.

Ø Developing and managing the operational sales budget.

Ø Managing activities related to sales plans and sales volumes and setting performance measurement goals based on them.

Ø Achieving acceptable profit rates and market shares based on pre-prepared and approved plans and based on market and economic indicators.

Basic requirements for the job position holder:

1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business Administration or equivalent.

2. At least 5 years of experience working as a Sales Manager, preferably in FMCG consumer goods.

3. Preferably a professional certificate holder in the field of sales.

4. A record of achievements in the field of sales.

5. Training courses: Commercial negotiation - Reporting skills - Data analysis - Market study skills - Communication skills - Marketing feasibility study.

6. Turkish citizenship due to travel requirements.
