General purpose of the job:

The holder of this position will be responsible for preparing and developing marketing policies and plans and increasing the company’s market share in the target markets.

He is also responsible for identifying customer needs and desires and identifying target markets.

Planning responsibilities:

Develop plans and formulate sales policies in cooperation with senior management.
Setting sales goals and objectives and developing strategies that achieve the group’s goals.
Developing plans for promotion, advertising, and sales offers in coordination with senior management.
Establishing policies and procedures for sales management.
 

Specialized Responsibilities:

Implementing strategic selling plans.
Establish and manage the sales operational budget.
Managing activities related to sales plans and sales volumes and setting goals to measure performance.
Achieving acceptable profit rates and market shares based on previously prepared and approved plans and based on market and economic indicators.
 

Basic requirements for the position holder:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or equivalent.
At least 4 years of work experience in the field of sales, preferably someone with experience in the field of FMCG consumables.
Preferably a holder of professional certificates in the field of sales.
Record of achievement in sales.
Training courses: commercial negotiation - reporting skills - data analysis - market study skills - communication skills - marketing feasibility study.
Able to travel and reside in Istanbul and Erbil for a varying period.
He holds Turkish citizenship so that he can travel from Istanbul to Erbil and vice versa.
