Required tasks
1 - Communicate with potential customers to present the company's logistics solutions, including transportation methods, shipping rates, tracking options, and delivery times.
2 - Provide advice to customers on appropriate shipping solutions that meet their requirements.
3- Negotiate terms of service, prices, and contracts to ensure mutual benefit while adhering to the company's policies and objectives.
4- Convert qualified potential customers into actual customers by completing deals.
5- Build strong and sustainable relationships with customers to ensure continuity of dealing with them and their satisfaction with the service.
6- Update customers regularly about new services, shipping policies and promotional opportunities to enhance continuous interaction.
7- Be the main point of contact for customers during the shipping process, and address any service-related issues, including delays or delivery inquiries.
8- Coordinate with operations and customer service teams to resolve customer issues and ensure smooth implementation of shipping operations.
9- Record all sales-related activities, customer interactions, and agreements in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
10- Record and manage all necessary shipping documents in cooperation with internal departments.
11- Provide feedback and suggestions to the Sales Manager to improve sales strategies and attract customers.
Required Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain or related field is preferred.
- Previous sales experience, preferably in the field of logistics, transportation or shipping.
- Strong communication, negotiation and relationship building skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM programs and Microsoft Office programs.
- Knowledge of logistics operations, shipping laws, and industry standards.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Fluency in Turkish is a prerequisite in addition to good knowledge of English.
- Possession of valid Turkish legal residence documents (temporary protection card - tourist residence .. etc.).
