International company in SISLI is looking for English and French both language spoken and written ,Quality Control Specialists

Work from the office no remote options !

Working hours:09:00-19:00

Working days from Monday to Friday 

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

- Monitor and analyze the calls

- Make daily reports according the company’s regulations

- Keeping a record of mistakes and checking procedures

- Complete other duties as assigned by the manager

Requirements:

- Excellent knowledge of FRench and English languages (listening and writing skills)

- Good knowledge of MC Office and Excel

- Strong organizing and task management skills

- Experience in customer service will be an advantage
