bluteq group  is looking for English/turkish Speaking Quality Control Specialist.

Working hours:

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

- Monitor and analyze the calls

- Make daily reports according the company’s regulations

- Keeping a record of mistakes and checking procedures

- Complete other duties as assigned by the manager

Requirements:

- Excellent knowledge of turkish and English languages (listening and writing skills)

- Good knowledge of MC Office and Excel

- Strong organizing and task management skills

- Experience in customer service will be an advantage

- Possibility of personal growth

- Professional trainings (2 weeks) provided by the company
