Pendulum Bucket Elevator Type C

The pendulum bucket elevator is used to transport all kinds of granular products vertically with high sensitivity. This type of elevator is most suitable in the seed sector. It also controls large horizontal distances, allowing the combination of strip conveyors to be replaced with regular bucket elevators.

The incoming product is fed continuously and very sensitively via a vibrating feeder to a swing bucket elevator.

The ends of the buckets intersect in the inlet section, preventing seeds from falling out. Due to the rotating installation on the chain, the buckets maintain their horizontal position along the elevator frame until they reach the exit nozzle exactly.

Each bucket is tilted and each exiting product neatly enters the exit hopper.

The bucket elevator can be equipped with several air inlet and outlet holes. The exit nozzles can be operated individually, i.e. one exit nozzle is temporarily active, and the air intake nozzles can operate at the same time.
