Required Qualifications:

• Previous experience in tele-sales or customer service (at least one year).

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to persuade customers.

• Knowledge of various social media platforms

• Familiarity with online store platforms such as Hepsiburada and Trendyol for customer follow-up

• The ability to learn

• The ability to work under pressure and manage time efficiently.

• Knowledge of the basics of using computers and sales software.

• Fluency in Arabic and ....... (Proficiency in both languages is a prerequisite).
