Medical Consultant Call Center

Join our professional and experienced team in the field of medical tourism and medical services (as a medical consultant) where you can develop and showcase your outstanding skills and competencies in sales and customer service.

Hiring: Immediate

Working hours: Daily from 10 am to 6 pm except Saturday and Sunday.

Requirements:

Previous experience in the field of medical tourism of no less than two years.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to deal with customers with tact and respect.
Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively.
Good knowledge of using computers and CRM system.
 

Functional tasks:

Communicate with customers in a professional manner, with empathy and a high ability to persuade.
Providing information and support to customers about our services.
Record and document details and notes.
Collaborate with team members to improve customer experience and achieve set goals.
