Responsibilities:

Providing specialized consultations to clients seeking information about hair transplant and plastic surgery procedures.
Responds to inquiries through phone calls, email and chat, providing accurate information to potential patients.
Scheduling appointments and consultations for interested clients, collaborating with the medical team to facilitate seamless interactions.
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and dealing with concerns or questions quickly.
Qualifications:

Proven experience in sales - medical consultation, in the field of hair transplantation or plastic surgery.
Strong knowledge of hair transplant and plastic surgery procedures.
Excellent communication and interaction skills.
Effectively using customer relationship management (CRM) software and other communication tools.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
  Fluency in at least two languages Required languages: (Arabic - English - French - Italian - Spanish - Russian - German)
