International Relations Officer

Position: International Relations Officer

Location: Asian Istanbul - Umraniye

Roles and responsibilities:

- Communicating with international partner and donor institutions.

- Opening new relationships with donors

- Developing financial resources for humanitarian projects through donor institutions.

- Writing projects and filling out international grant forms.

Required qualifications:

- University degree in engineering, international relations, or any work-related field.

- Documented practical experience in institutional relations, preferably international.

- Exclusively practical experience in the field of humanitarian work.

- Proficiency in English exclusively, preferably someone who is proficient in Turkish as an additional language.

- Preparing to travel to foreign countries to open and manage institutional relations and to market the institution’s projects.

- Full time and extreme flexibility in working and communicating outside working hours.

- Bearing work pressure, especially during the humanitarian work seasons during the year.

- Tact and high communication skills, and working within a team.

- Having a spirit of initiative and creative and developmental thinking.

- Legal residence in Istanbul (for travel purposes we do not accept candidates under temporary protection)
