Industrial Cost Accountant required

**Required: Industrial Cost Accountant**

**Responsibilities:**
- Collect cost information and maintain an expense database.
- Build data accumulation systems for the organization.
- Identify fixed costs (e.g., salaries, rent, insurance).
- Plan and record variable costs (e.g., raw material purchases, operational costs).
- Review the organization's standard and actual costs.
- Prepare budget reports (for the organization and each department separately).
- Analyze and report the organization's profit margins.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual cost forecasts.
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing.
- Identify and recommend cost-effective solutions and direct the organization's expenditures.
- Ability to inventory all products and determine their nature and specifications.
- Knowledge of studying all types and stages of the industrial process during the production phase.
- Proficiency in collecting data related to cost elements, from documents and notices to costs of material usage and labor employment, in addition to the costs of purchasing and producing services.
- Ability to analyze cost elements to allocate them to the produced units.
- Thorough knowledge of accounting principles, rules, and standards, and preparing budgets and financial statements.
- Excellent knowledge of using accounting software and electronic systems, with proficiency in Excel specifically.
- Ability to prepare cost reports, management accounting systems, financial analysis, and statistical statements of financial data.
- Relationship-building skills and the ability to communicate with clients.
- Ability to manage time effectively and track important dates such as tax submission schedules, license renewal periods, document submission deadlines, etc.
- Ability to accurately interpret data, numbers, and statistics.
- Desire to learn and continuously develop in industry, technology, taxes, and finance.
- Creative solutions to control problems and think outside the box.
- Attention to detail, especially when it comes to accounting services like expense classification.
- Excellent skills in presenting and writing cost and financial reports.
- Ability to work under pressure and perform multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Patience in facing complex problems and large accounting data.
- Ability to work individually and as part of a team and handle changing situations professionally.

**Requirements:**
1. Proficiency in accounting software such as Microsoft Excel.
2. Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail.
3. Ability to manage time and handle different tasks.
4. Ability to handle confidential information.
5. Experience as a Cost Accountant, Cost Analyst, or Accountant.
6. Good knowledge of accounting procedures.
