Human Resources Management - Experienced in Real Estate

We at the growing OBS İnvest Group are looking for an experienced HR Officer to manage our company's HR operations. The candidate must have experience in recruitment in the real estate sector. The candidate will be responsible for managing HR operations from recruitment to employee loyalty and performance management.

Responsibilities:

- Manage recruitment processes in line with the company's needs.

- Search CV databases through relevant portals.

- Identify suitable talents for the real estate sector and manage the selection and appointment process.

- Organize recruitment processes, career orientation, and onboarding procedures, and guide candidates appropriately.

- Develop and implement projects to increase employee satisfaction and loyalty.

- Ensure that employee personal files are regularly maintained and updated.

- Work in coordination with the accounting team in payroll preparation processes.

- Follow up on compliance with legal regulations and manage operations in accordance with labor law and social regulations.

- Developing HR strategies in line with the company's internal structure and objectives.

Qualifications:

- At least 2 years of experience as a HR officer in the real estate sector.

- Experience in recruitment processes, performance evaluation, training and development, and preparation of personal files.

- Good knowledge of labor law and other legal regulations.

- Possesses effective communication, problem solving, and good organization skills.

- Capable of analytical thinking and results-oriented.

- Preferably someone who lives in Kağıthane or nearby areas and has no transportation problems.
